Ceremony only

$350

  • 30 minutes of prelude music for guests arriving
  • Wedding party processional, bridal entrance, and recessional
  • Music for special moments, upon request
  • 20 minutes of postlude music as guests leave

Cocktail Hour only

$350

  • 60 minutes of background music
  • Choose your style, or multiple musical styles
  • Up to 5 song requests

How to book your date and select your music

Inquiry

Reach out using the form below, and I will respond with 24-48 hours to start the planning process. In your message, please include the date of your event.

Consultation

After you inquire, I will send you two Google forms to get more details about your event. Then we can schedule a 30 minute Zoom call to finalize the details.

Contract

After we meet, I will send you my performance contract and request your deposit. Your date is not booked until the contract is signed and I have received your deposit.

Performance

All that’s left is to enjoy the beautiful music on your special day! I am available for additional meetings if anything comes up in the meantime.

Frequently Asked Questions

In order to accommodate the planning process, and to give you the highest quality musical performance on your day, I require 4 weeks advance notice for wedding bookings.

I am happy to travel anywhere within 80 miles of Loveland, Colorado. For bookings farther than 40 miles from Loveland, I charge a $50 travel fee.

Yes! I perform indoor, and outdoor ceremonies, as long as there is adequate shade and weather protection.

I have many colleagues in the area who would be delighted to perform with me at your wedding. Just let me know what you’re looking for, and I am happy to put together a custom duo, trio, quartet, or small ensemble.

I do my best to balance creating a high quality performance, and being flexible and responsive. If you have any last minute concerns or changes, reach out and let me know.

Yes, I will bring my own amplification and equipment.
